Hi, I’m Tim.
I built this because I know almost anything can be bought for far less than retail if you know where to look, what cards to use, and how to stack offers correctly.
I’ve always been the person who double-checks prices, compares rewards, and refuses to overpay just because the system is confusing.
Over time, purchases started feeling like puzzles to me. Every extra discount, cashback stack, or better card choice felt like unlocking another piece of it — and winning. There’s something very satisfying about making a purchase and realizing you paid a fraction of retail.
Eventually, I realized most people do not have the time or energy to dig through cards, portals, coupons, loyalty programs, and fine print just to figure out the best way to buy something.
So I started building tools that make the math simple and the decisions obvious.
More importantly, I wanted a way to share the solved puzzle with everybody else.
Full disclosure: CashbackingApp is not a startup or a giant corporation. I’m just a regular person who thought this was a cool idea, enjoys squeezing as much value as possible out of a purchase, and wanted to share that with others.
Honestly, every time I beat the system and save more than expected, it still feels rewarding.
If this project helps you make smarter decisions, avoid a bad deal, or save money you otherwise would have missed, then it’s doing exactly what I hoped it would do. And if it helps you, please share it with a friend or family member. Maybe it’ll help them too. Share us on social media :)
